They will keep charging and adding amounts to your bills even if the network is not proper. The customer care is highly unresponsive. They were not able to resolve connectivity issues (which were due to low signal in the area), but they never stopped producing bills even when I was not getting connectivity in my house.
My requests to close the account were declined as they wanted to me to pay the dues first against which I didnt even made the data usage because of signal issues.
