I am using MTNL broadband for last many years .
although it was never a "good" experience, but last few months are really "HORRIBLE".
every minute internet is down
there is no guarantee on speed
there is nobody to listen
some months back, thee was line problem from their end . due to which broadband was not working for 2-3 months
inspite of sending them so many email, even after complaining to Minsitry . they didnot reverse the fixed charges when broadband was not working due to fault at their end.
if by mistake they calls back or someone visits on your complaint then at that time they make your Braodband workable to show its working fine
It is really very very awful service
