I visited Mr. Bean's Pizza restaurant in Jaipur in April this year and found their food quality to be extremely below par.
The restaurant was not that big and because of that looked congested.
The lighting and decoration was not up to the mark and some parts were little dark as the light failed to reach there.
I ordered a pizza for myself and their waiter served me after a delay of twenty minutes. Such a terrible customer service!
The food presentation was not sophisticated at all and little cheese was gone down to pant due to their laziness.
The taste was pathetic as the cheese in the pizza looked good and tasted quite bad.
I lodged a complain immediately but the manager did not listen and charged me with a rs, 450 bill.
I got poor value for my money at the end.
