Hello Everyone and particularly members who write reviews on mouthshut.com.

Mouthshut is a great platform for all of us to shout out our views and let people read freely. Its a place where you have almost no restrictions on writing. I am using MS for so many years read many reviews blogs and comments too. Written many reviews which received ratings, appreciating comments and through which I could get insight of what people are thinking of.

After reading through for many years, what I could make out is.

In most of the cases, people who received or experienced anything negative about the product/service, they make a point they will express it loudly, but they are little ignorant to write about their positive experiences. MS platform is useful for the community and enables community to read about products and understand all dimensions of products or services they are evaluating before owning. But when there are more negatives, they get more confused and can not conclude on anything.

I do agree, no product or service is perfect at least in India, so one may receive positive and other may get negative experiences from the same product. But my sincere request to all writers to make sure you equally write about good experiences as and when you receive from any product or services. Also, I have seen many people posting very small negative reviews without any explanation or justification. they write just one line and copy paste it multiple times to meet the review's minimum word requirement. These kind of reviews are not going to help anyone on this forum Please make sure whenever you write negative or positives, adding some real experiences to it would be definitely useful for readers.

Some people, while writing comments, they use hurting words or they get to the personal life level of someone. Guys we all are matured enough and should understand and respect each other's opinions. Even if you don't agree to some of the points written in, there are more polite ways to express it.

Internet and social media is so strong that you can easily find someone's personal information using it. But using that information as a attacking tool while commenting should be avoided. Everyone should respect each others integrity, or purposely used anonymity. If we forget this then some one gets deeply hurt and may stop expressing on MS. Or even someone can do that same against you as well. Then MS may not remain healthy platform. So my sincere request to all is to respect MS, respect MS's primary intention, respect each other as a responsible members and make MS greater place full of information and healthy resource.
