MouthShut Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Mouthshut is a gr8 site but I would like to make some recommendations to improve the site
1) They should make the critirea selecting the star-writer and the star-review more tranasparent. I did not find anything telling us about how to become a star writer.
2) They should have a option to alert us if there is a comment on a particulkar review on which we commented..
3) They should give warnings to members who indulge in mud-sledging. There was this review where 2 members named Amrita and mapfin were acting like kids.
4) They should introduce the redemption thing fast.. or the members might bet a bit impatient.
in and out leaving such minor squablles this is a gr8 site!!
