BURN OUT - This is the latest topic being discussed by all cricket pundits as well as of course by the players.
Certainly I feel everybody need a break from their works. The cricket players are no exemption from this but they have enough breaks for them.
Every worker in the world works each and every day. It may be labors, office goers, drivers, vendors, porters, port workers, soldiers, policemen, nurses, doctors etc. Nobody talk about their burn out.
If a player feels he is going to burn out he can skip a series fully or partially. Or he can limit himself between test matches and one dayers. Why they want to play all matches and series. It is due to the fear of insecurity. The players definitely knows that if he skip a series the other player who replaces him, if performs well the that player will be a threat to the skipped players place in the future. So the present players don't want to rest and live in insecurity but want to reduce the games. This is a bad disease
This is like reducing the production of Sugar or Rice or related items because so many people in the world have ‘sugar’ complaints or some other disease which does not allow the consumption of such items as applicable. We respect our great esteemed players but at the same time they should not think that the game should be reduced or taken for a ransom because they feel they are tired or burnt-out. Their argument simply says they are not fit enough to work (Play).
