Have been using mouthshut app on my iPhone for some time now. To be precise last 20 days. Mouth shut is perhaps the oldest and most popular site for readers to read and know about products and their reviews from other users who have used the product. This review is after using the app for some time.
Likes: The app definitely makes the process of writing and checking reviews very easy. One doesn't need the open a laptop every time. Its in your phone. So a review can be written anytime and anywhere. That not only makes it more interactive but more engaging also. At the clink of our phone and swipe of our fingers we are ready to write.
Dislikes: Am using the ios version of the app. In general I am very happy with the app. But it keeps crashing. After crashing when the app is reopened, the content saved in the draft is usually much less than the actual content that was already written. So one needs to write again.
Only because of that point am giving the app 4 stars.
