I'm not much of a soda drinker, but when I do I usually indulge in the crisp, clear taste of 7-up. Recently, I was introduced to the taste of Mountain Dew's new cherry flavored drink. I'll admit it's a very sweet drink and full of caffeine, but whewwwww what a taste! Not only does it have a very subtle cherry flavor it's not over powered by acid, nor does it have the bland taste that Mountain Dew generally has.
The best part of this drink is placing it in the freezer and letting it get slightly frozen. Just enough so it has a little slush going on. What a treat! Kind of reminds me of popsicles on a warm summer day.
If I'm going to go on a soda binge and want something refreshing, I'd have to grab a Cherry Dew and pop it in the freezer.
