Few moths back my brother brought a new one plus phone on Amazon, and all was going good till I occured a problem with the pone. One day I noticed that it's screen wasn't working properly as I couldn't see anything clarity. I realised the problem was with phone display and I tried to adjust the settings but nothing worked out.later I went to service center near jntuh and I had explained the problem to a customer executive and by looking at the phone he said it was a refurbished phone. I was shocked because I had spent 26k on a refurbished phone . Amazon had sold me a duplicate phone to me and I thought it was a new phone. How can a brand like Amazon can do it on its website. Can anybody suggest me what to do ? And what steps need to be taken against this giant company.
People be aware of it. And better not to purchase anything from online webiste.
