I have been using this phone for 3 months and it's believably one of the best in the smartphone market. The phone I own is moto g5 plus 32 gb Lunar Gray.
It comes in two colors- lunar grey and gold. It has 13.2 cm Full HD 1080p, 2 Ghz octa core processor, 12 MP Rapid Focus Camera and 3000 mAh battery. The camera is capable of taking satisfactory pics in low light due to dual autofocus pixels and fast focus. Even more, the pics in daylight are beyond setisfactory, i.e. It is awesome. Pics of notes and books are absolutely crystal clear.
Battery is satisfactory , could have been better. But the Turbopower charger is amazingly fast. Just be careful to note that the phone must not be charged beyond 1 minute of 100% charge.
The body is sleek and new for a moto g. It is made of high grade aluminium which is water repellent. But actually it is weak in some exposed parts and can be scratched easily with a key easily.
The front glass is corning gorilla glass 3. So its tough and durable and best thing is that it cant be scratched easily and takes quite a brute force to actually scratch it if not break it. Even better is is that the glass cover on the back camera is absolute Monster, it does not crack even when a car passes over it. Absolute Monster!
Besides these the best feature which I am proud and enjoy to the fullest extent is its finger sensor. Thanks to Hand Gestures built in it to launch a wide variety of artistic and well thought off features, I can do multi-multi things with just a sensor. Talk about unlocking-locking, go back, swipe between programs etc. Also switch on camera and flash with just geatures and many many more. I have disabled the below left and right and central touch buttons and fully depend on just the finger sensor to do all the work.
Its is fast thqnks to Qualcomm Snapdragon and sleek but slippery phone so put on a protective glass cover and back cover. Thanx to 5 MP front camera I can enjoy selfies with modes like beautification mode, which works wonders. I took some amazing selfies with it.
But the biggest demerit is its manufacturer. It is Lenovo owned manufacturer phone company, so its chinese and cant be too careless with what I save on phone. Don't ever save passwords of your bank on it.
It with a standard moto earphone.
Another best feature which I absolutely like is that it is Made in India. Totally manufactured and assembled in India. So it has tons of Indian languages built in it. I haven't yet faced any slowdown till yet, which I am thankfull to. But speakers aren't so well and need a good boost. Bass and treble is better than a moto e.
