Morphy is not a well known popular company in india, this was given to us by our relative. I want to share some of my genuine opinions about this product.
The oven is not much user friendly as there are many options which cannot be known by any illiterate person and there was no guide on how to use it. we learnt using this only through online youtube videos.
The heating quality of this oven is very poor starting itself. A biscuit is supposed to be baked in 25 minutes which this oven takes about 35-40 minutes. The automatic feature sometimes doesn't works properly which may result in over burning of the ingredients.
This oven is much durable as it is not working properly, sometimes to power on itself it takes dozen of time. The oven is handy and light in weight. Style and design is good but not up to the mark as others have.
for servicing I had to go to bangalore and when I gave they said me that they will call and confirm me again but I didn't got any call for the next 2 months and when I got it also it was not working very good.
