This was given to me as a present. I found the instructions easy to follow except for some ambiguity regarding the coffee setting and the steam setting. I am not clear if I have to put extra water to make steam or do shift it to the steam setting while making expresso. I use some good quality Arabica grounds and the coffee aroma while making the machine drives me nuts. The process is simple and does not take time more than 5 mins. Fill up the coffee in the strainer, tamp it down. Fill water as per need of 2, 3 or 4 cups. Switch on the machine and in 3 mins the coffee is ready. Mix some milk in the coffee if you want Cappuccino. Put it on the steam setting and in half a minute you can foam the coffee for a nice hot Cappuccino. It takes less than a minute to get a good head of foam. It is quite easy to clean as well and that process takes another 3 to 4 minutes. It appears to be durable and it looks good so one can keep it in the dining room in full view. I cannot comment on the Service and Support right now. However, my experience with most Indian companies is that they outsource the S & S and it can vary from downright poor to very good. S & S is very much a hit and miss.
