I applied in this organization and was shortlisted at 1st go. HR called me for 2nd process that was an assignment test.
I could impress the ceo, founder of the organization and the HR told me the founder wants to talk to me. The founder told me he would test my skills for a month to see how I achieve results for his project.
I was bit confused but then said yes to this. They said I will get paid but I have to prove my skills are worthy. I had to wait for a month, prove myself and then they were to decide if I will be hired or not.
A thought, this could have happened I could have got another offer and join them. I am not sure why they chose this kinda process to select experienced candidates. Anyway what I did was I mailed them that I got another offer in hand and cannot proceed with this process now.
Various organization have various typical names of them, similarly they have various typical process of hiring. Is this justified for experienced candidates that they will wait for a month to show his or her skills to get hired?
