I happened to visit MORE at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. There were offers on certain wafers. So I just took a few of them. At the billing even after informing that these were at offer, I was billed the complete amount. After an argument, the person at the billing counter checked at the counter to find that the offer ad is indeed there. She rudely tells me "go there and take your money back". The person at "may I help you" was still further rude.
Why do MORE put up false offers? Why don't they train their employees? A frustrating experience indeed.
