I have done b.tech(mechanical) in this year .i created a account in monster.com.the service and support of this job portal website is very bad compare with all the website .in this website job posted in very less and in this website only provided the consultancy through recruitment job not provided directly job in company HR.i had applied so many job in this website till now I have not getting any company HR call. I am getting only consultancy call and they told me your cv is shortlisted to our company you come in our office to visit us and bring a two copy photo and 1 copy cv and a particular amount amount for our registration fees.last few month I am getting more than 100 cll of consultancy from this website.really that is irritated me.and it update of job is very slow.
