My girl friend and I went to Indore to attend a function so we booked a room in monarch hotel. We had to go little bit out of the city and monarch hotel was at the perfect location.
Promises made on their booking receipt.
Free access to gym and swimming pool, after reaching they said" Sir gym is under maintenance, and swimming is getting cleaned"
Free meals were changed to free one time meal. Their was not even WIFI facility. The services were not even matching a 2 star resort and they charged taxes for 4 star hotel.
I was very disappointed and had very bad time their, luckily we left the hotel early shifted to our relatives.
