I am going to share my experience with mobikwik wallet today.
I have got a promo code of mobikwik'PROMOCCPAY", in which I have to got 50 rs. Cashback on recharge of rs 100 or more on 1st recharge.
After it I sign up to mobikwik app, after registering I made a prepaid recharge of rs. 200 using that code. After applying code it shows that code applied successfully. Recharge was successful, but there was no cash back as promised there.
Then I made a complain of it to them, after 2 days they set this complain status as resolved without giving any solution of it.
Really very dissapointed with mobikwik, looking for a proper solution of it. It has been more than 10 days complaining it.
