In spite of being almost a pioneer in mobile wallet brands in india mobikwik continuously deteriorating their service in terms of support services and promotional offers.
in spite of having a nice design and interface it fails to provide customer support service properly which signifies its negligence towards their customers.
MOBIKWIK HAS BECOME a waste of time and patience for their customers . if this continues then soon it is going to be in history.
