I had recharged for Rs. 200 FTT with coupon code of 100% cash back - PREPAY. but I have got only Rs. 170 credited to my account. when the plan show Rs. 200 FTT then how can mobikwik credit Rs. 170 in the balance.?
I had contacted the tatadocomo operator, they said I need to contact mobikwik itself to ask for the balance talktime. Never trust these online third party websites for recharges as the operator completely denies and says that its the mistake of third party websites and customer needs to contact them directly.
in freecharge also I had rechraged for Rs. 200 FTT. the money got deducted from my bank account but I did not get the credit in my balance. after several follow ups also they have not credited the Rs. 200 to my bank account.
Also I had recharged Rs. 20 offer in which Rs. 40 FTT+ 20P/M all L+STD calls. this benefit also I dint get.
only Rs. 15 got credited in my account.
on contacting tata docomo they say that they are not responsible if we recharge through third party websites.
