I have been using 3 mobile wallets and Mobikwik is one of them. Out of these 3, Mobikwik is the worst wallet service. A lot of mischiefs in cashback offers. I had to track & follow up a lot of times to get the cashback credit. In a latest incident, I recharged my Idea prepaid number with Mobikwik. When a day passed and I didn't get any recharge message from the operator, I wrote to Mobikwik. Their response was pathetic. The reply stated that I was waiting for my Jio recharge whereas my recharge transaction was for Idea! They said the recharge transaction would be through shortly and if it is unsuccessful, they would initiate refund to my wallet. Another 2 days passed by without getting credit for the recharge transaction. Ultimately, I wrote them that I would be recharging my number again through some other source and asked them to refund my money since there was no confirmation even after 72 hours. Another pathetic response followed. They told me that my JIO RECHAGE TRANSACTION was processed successfully.
It has been more than 15 days since I did this transaction and I have neither received success message from the operator nor received refund from Mobikwik. I have even written to Mobikwik that I would be forced to go to consumer court if my money is not refunded but still NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
