Only one word to describe them "People who don't stick to their words, and who are not fit for running Packers and Movers Business." Never fall to his words if you are emotionally attached to your belongings. I am uploading couple of images which gives you an understanding of the state of their transport, the flower pots gives you very good understanding about these people. They have told me that its an Individual vehicle as the number of items are more. My items were loaded on 24th of March in Bangalore and delivered on 27th of March in Visakhapatnam.
They have brought a different vehicle to load the items from my home and when I questioned they told that as the roads are narrow the big vehicle which is a container (owner of this Logistics company promised container and only after that I have given the order to them) can't reach out to my place in Bangalore. When the items were delivered couple of items were broken and when I asked the driver of the vehicle why items are broken, he told they haven't packed and more number of items were loaded. When I asked how come more number when a 17 feet vehicle was properly loaded from my home. To my cross questioning he told that there 3 more customers items were loaded into the same vehicle from Bangalore for delivery in Vizag.
Immediately I called and asked the owner of MM Logistics and questioned him to which he answered saying he is not aware how the other customers items were loaded he told he will check. I asked him to be in-line so that I can connect the driver to which both driver and owner was reluctant to speak. Infact owner of Logistics doesn't even know who is the driver. Later again I called the owner and he told that because there is free space they have loaded other customers items. Items were loaded from home in 17 feet vehicle and it is fully packed, Items were delivered in a vehicle which is 17 feet and not container.
How come they got space for 3 more customers items even when the whole vehicle is completely packed gave me an idea how they arrange and transport the items. He talks very nicely when getting order and once the order was taken these are the things happened. At last I got a real surprise answer for the dent on a Bike which is Transported saying "Very Light One."
When I have given items for delivery and when you say packing I expect the items to be in the same shape and conditions and thats why we pay so much to you Mr. Abhilash. My Advice to people is not to choose him. And FYI, he operates his business with 2 names one is HM Logistics and the other one is MM Logistics. So be careful in choosing either HM or MM.
