Planning to buy Mivi Headphones - Red Alert !!!. Review on Mivi Thunder Beats Wireless Bluetooth Earphones

Hey there,

I am a big fan of BB Ki Vines and during watching videos of him on YouTube I get to know about the Mivi Headphones and it looks very attractive too. Along with that, I came to know it's an Indian Brand, so without the second thought, I purchased 3 sets of "Mivi Thunder Beats Wireless Bluetooth Earphones" through Home Site of Mivi.

I got the promo code in the video description which gave me a good price to buy it and in the month of November end, I got the delivery. Till 3 months it worked extremely well, but in the month of February, I realized my voice is not audible to the caller. I thought it might be a network issue, so tried in different mobiles with different service providers but the issue is similar.

Finally, I logged a ticket on its website for mic issue and after a few mail conversations, they align a courier boy to receive the package. During this period my 2nd device also got the problem related to the speaker and the left side earphone is not at all working. So I logged another call for it and after a couple of days, they received the second package too.

After 20-25 days I got the brand new pack to use and it's working fine till May mid-month. Now again the same problem arises in my new device as well and the third device is also having the same mic issue.

Now my second device stuck with courier service for the last 3 months due to lockdown, along with that my other two devices are with me with of no use and over that no call logging happening during this lockdown.

Pros:

1.High-Quality speakers with good sound and bass

2.Noise cancellation is pretty good during the call

3.Specially designed for jogging lovers

4.Good and fast return policy

5.Long-life battery

Cons:

1.Speakers are too big and heavy which is annoying and painful for long usage

2.No neck-band which cause movement during a walk

3.Mic issue is common for all devices

4.Not comfortable for use

If you are planning to buy this device then please go through this review post and along with these other online shopping site reviews. I used 3 devices and in all having a similar issue. I won't suggest my family and friends buy this product at any cost.
