Mitsubishi AC is an average product. It is not so good because It takes long time to cooling as compare to others. Performance of AC depends on room size. It just cool the part where the blase is directed
Service support is good. The service person attend complained within 24 hours but he was charged for me even though my product was in warranty period. Service charges was very high.
The product is not reliable as compare to prices. Overall performance of the product is not as expected.
