My uncle was admitted to this hospital after being diagnosed with kidney failure and regular dialysis was going on. He was doing well but suddenly the head doctor Mr. Mohandas intervened and told that he has to be operated upon. After the operation the patient was kept in the ICU for 10 days. The hospital does not allow any attendant to be present in the ICU. Later they said that he has breathing problems and hence the patient has to be put on ventilator. This drama continued. After 15 days we get to know the patient is dead. For 10 days none of the family members were allowed near the patient. When asked they give reasons like septic, germs etc. But this does not happen in any other hospitals. After this Mohandas never bothered to come and see the patient.

We have a feeling that the patient was already dead few days back as the body was not in a proper condition. The billing was also very high at 6.5 Lacs. We lost our uncle for negligence of the Hospital Doctors. They are drama makers and since they have made lots of money the take people for a ride.

Last year many patients died during the floods. When inquired with the Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Prakash Nair, he says that the flooding was unexpected and the hospital was not at all prepared for this and it not at all their fault. In fact, Mr. Prakash Nair has recently joined but commenting of a period when he was not at all present is totally unfair. They also pulled down all forms of advertising and now again they have started placing ads.

Their attitude is seen here. When the deaths were caused they kept silent, now after 8 months they are quietly putting advertisements, hoardings and banners to fool people.

I will never ever go to this hospital even if that is the last hope!
