Fuard and extra unusual demand

I had taken a flat in a monsoon project. For some issues of the flat I went to Migsun office, waited for 2-3 hours and tried to contact again, Migsun office employees did not respond, after repeated efforts an employee came or talked. After talking to him I said that I have been waiting for you for quite some time and he said that he has to make me wait for him. It seemed as if he considered himself a builder. Migsun office employees gave me another solution that my senior did not come or someone who was less than you. No one did their work properly.
