This Mido M11+ is very bad phone . this phone has many bad features like
1) Bad battery backup
2) poor customer service
3) no value of money
4) automatic call
5) keypad automatic working
6) switch off automatically
Friends this phone has no good features all features are bad and worst . the customers who buy this phone he became tension everytime that the phone can be switch off or not .
I advice you to friends that please dont buy this phone that wastage of money
