I visited this midland book shop, Delhi to purchase some book which not present in my city and I found that there the book is also not available at that store, according to me their management is weak.
when we discuss about it accessibility, it is quit complicated to reach a new person at that store.
they provide costumer service not so coll they generally do not make concentration on customers who looking for a urgent book.
range of book is also not good means they do not provide any discount at that time when they feel the person is needy.
all in all I am not satisfied by visiting this store.
