Its better to put some extra thousands bucks in good brands but not buy Micromax as very very bad service once its having any issues.
I am Ravindra from Mumbai and I want to share my experience with your authorized service center and officially complaint against it, which is located at below address

1)I have given my canvas HD A116 on 3rd of Sept 2013 to them as there was screen flickering issues. They informed me that motherboard has to be replaced and it will take maximum 25 days.
2)On the same day evening I got message, that Job Sheet W030414-0913-5224626 is created and the next day I got message that my job sheet was closed and I can collect my handset.
3)When I visited to collect they informed me that this message I should ignore and come after 25 days.
4)Then I visited this service center on 28th then today and I got no concrete answer, in fact they are very much rude with customers and gives very irresponsible answers.
5)There were lot of customers having same issues that they don’t give back phones after months and service center guys was very much unconcerned about it.
6)Now, if you don’t give phones to customers after month time, what will customer do if don’t have spare handset to use?
7)Morever they are so much rude to say you, “Go and call customer care”, ”Do whatever you want”
8)I was planning to buy “Canvas 4“ on Dusheera, but looking at your service I changed my mind now.
Please look into the matter and let me know when can expect my phone back
If you want to keep your sales and Micromax momentum going high, you must improve your service centers quality and turnaround time of service.
