Hello dear members of Mouthshut. If anyone of you is planning to buy an affordable Android smartphone in near future, I would strongly recommend to buy 4G enabled Micromax Canvas Evok(Model: Micromax E-483) and enjoy its fantastic features. I had bought one approximately a month ago and continue to use it with immense satisfaction and could not avoid writing a review on this amazing phone. Here follow my observations on this phone right from the first hand.
Hardware Specifications:
1) Its a very light and thin phone with black color and looks quite attractive.
2) It has a 5.5 inch scratch proof LCD display with touch screen.
3) It incorporates a 13 Mega Pixel camera along with a 5 Mega Pixel rear camera as well.
4) It supports 3 GB RAM with an internal memory of 32 GB extendable up to 64 GB.
5) It has two SIM card slots one of which a slot for a micro SIM and the other for a nano SIM card.
Software Support:
1) It operates on Android mobile OS of version 5.1.1.
2) A lot of utility software Apps like Internet browsers Google Chrome and UC Browser, Facebook, Hike, Whats App, Email, SMS, MMS and many others are offered with the phone.
3) A set of folders are available for storing contacts, images, videos and other accessories.
4) Several ring tones as well as wall papers are too offered.
Calling Features:
1) SIM card slot 2 is meant for GSM service which can be used for calling purposes.
2) The sound is perfect.
3) Call drops are absolutely eliminated what I can claim from my own experience.
4) The caller voice is clearly audible.
Internet Access:
1) SIM card slot 1 can be used for Internet access with a 4G enabled SIM card.
2) Availability of 3GB RAM makes Internet access faster and swifter.
3) Internet connection is seamless.
4) Downloading from Internet is absolutely fast.
Price:
It costs Rupees 8, 500/- which is absolutely cheap considering the facilities provided in this phone.
It is absolutely an amazing experience to use this phone and again I strongly recommend to smartphone users and I assure one would not repent after buying it.
