When you start to write the cons about a premier brand that is "on paper" one of the best in the industry, you really need to think twice. I have been a victim of the very unprofessional service of Meru Cabs and need to vent my anger out. My wife had booked a Meru Cab to travel to the airport at 1:15pm. She was given a confirmation reference number and the cab details.
However, to our dismay, the cab didnt turn up even till 2:15 pm despite repeated calls to the driver who kept on saying that he was near the area and would reach soon.
At the height of desperation, a gentleman who had booked another cab from another company obliged and escorted my wife to the airport just in time to check in.
Needless to say, it was a very frustrating experience and and has made that I never book any cab from Meru Cabs again nor recommend it to my colleagues. I dare Meru Cabs to counter this claim but I know they cannot.
