Last night my husband and I got stranded in a bad spot because the app failed. Also drivers are getting screwed because company refuses to fix or maintain the app. 1st driver who dropped us thought it was an airport drop because that's the incorrect info he got from app! 2nd driver never showed up because app sent him to Bellandur when we were stranded in Kodigehalli! Then today, the app thinks I'm in bloody Madhya Pradesh, when I'm sitting here in Bangalore!
Office staff is full of feces. I tried to tell one retarded philistine that the APP failed last night and he pushed the blame to me saying I cancelled. Well I had no choice since the broken bloody app sent the driver to the wrong locality!
Some drivers are excellent, especially the southern guys, but call center staff are garbage and useless IT staff must be playing on Facebook all day and looking at KTMs online instead of maintaining the app!
I never had a tour guide or any of that, so giving only 1 star, idiots should have asked the right questions.
