I visited Melbourne for my work in 2000, and It was the Olympics year, Melbourne was beautiful at that time of the year. Strong gale of winds used to flutter those flags put on whole of the streets of the city. Melbourne is a unique combination of Man-mad beauty and natural beauty. Places like the Flinders Station , the cathedral at the heart of the city, South Banks , Yarra River, St.Kilda and many more take your breath away. The trams and rails are a very good transportation around. The great Ocean sea is only hours away where the famous twelve apostles can be viewed. And on top of that its a great shopping center, Victoria Market is worth a trip.In all ,I can summarise that Melbourne trip was the best trip I ever had on account of my work. I fell in love with the city and it is worth seeing once.
