I was on a trip to Rajsathan recently and in my itenary there was Mehrangh fort included as well.as if you ask anyone the thing to watch in Jodhpur the unanimous answer will be Mehrangarh Fort.
I was lucky that my hotel was near Mehrangarh Fort and at the night time the Fort from the outside looked huge and very beautiful.
In the morning when I visited the fort it was really beautiful.with palaces also located inside it.specially the Moti Mahal.
There is an activity of Flying Fox also which is inside the Fort which is a Ziplining adventure activity which is also of great fun.
Things to note when you go there:
Since I had to go to Jaisalmer in the evening I had to leave early.I would suggest people to take out time for this fort so that they can enjoy its scenic beauty.
If you are wishing to do the adventure activity better do online booking as it will cost you 250 rs less.
There is an option of lift as well.for all I would suggest it is not that steep to climb better walk your way to the top to have a great view.
