I recently made a purchase from Meesho, and my experience was nothing short of terrible. Firstly, the website was difficult to navigate, and I struggled to find the products I was looking for. When I finally did find the items I wanted to purchase, the ordering process was slow and clunky.
Once my order arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. The clothes I received were of poor quality, and they didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. Some of the items were even damaged.
When I tried to contact customer service to request a refund, I was met with unhelpful and rude representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. It took me several attempts to get a response from Meesho, and when I finally did, I was told that I could only receive a partial refund.
