Fraud Medlife.com, the looters and Vultures. Review on Medlife

Dear Medlife!I got worst experience while ordering your site.On Sunday 02/05/2021 i had placed an order on Medlife APP order id-OR8846HM-013A for two products (1)Baidyanath Keshri Kulp Royal Chywanprash 1 kgs(Rs552/-) (2)Baidyanath Chywanprash 1 kgs(Rs289/-)and paid total amount Rs841/-through Amazon Pay wallet.Afterwards product BaidyanathChywanprash became out of order and i got the refund of Rs289 to my Amazon Wallet and balance order has dispatched by Delhivery Courier traking i'd 8337813508820.On 07/05/2021 when delhivery courier agent came to my house he demanded Rs690/-towards ordered product.I had shown him Medlife APP that I had already paid the amount through Amazon Pay wallet but he denied to deliver the order and take back the product.Since than 48 hours already over and I had escalated the matter thrice on your customer care number but even though my matter didn't resolved.Neither I got refund nor the product for which i had already paid the amount.Please help in this regard.As I lost the hope to get any help as seems your site is fraud and do similar mischief to several customer as had seen lots of customer review on various social media site.I had ordered the product for building immunity of my family in Covid19 times but vultures like as Medlife doesn't feel any shame to loot the loyal customer as like me.Your customer care service is full waste of time and lots of time call disconnected automatically.Medlife shame of you.
