I have been facing issues again and again, though tempted to order through medlife due to discounts offered but guys let me tell you the experience is getting pathetic day by day. Though they commit delivery will happen in 48 to 72 hours but actual case is different. Height is no proper updates on the app either and support guys are not competent as well. Whenever you ask them dont have answer except sorry as I guess thats the regular practise and they are trained to appologize.
When you I called them at 9.30pm today that site shows delivery by today 9 am to 9 pm(yes that long slot they have, so you have to be ready to accept delivery any moment and their delivery person may not call either) as mentioned no answer other than sorry and thereafter they changed the status and made it 17th saying as per my request.
So all in all you will get discounts but be ready to accept the delay of few days, hence dont order through medlife if timeline is critical. If you have luxury of time then only try this, otherwise there are good competition options as well. You know what I am talking about or else let me clearly specify 1mg I found better service.
