I have been this hospital which is located at Chanda Nagar and Madhapur.
In August 2020 my wife was suffering from cough and fever and this hospital is pretty close to us (located on the way to my office also, work from 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 PM IST) night we got admitted and we went for CT scan and it turned to be slight symptoms of TB and we got admitted.
From here everything begins,
Next day doctor visited her name is (Kiran Myee) she is physician and she started treating my wife after one day we requested her to please provide us with pulmonologist and she was got very furious and started shouting on us and told she know better than us she doesn't need any suggestions like us. Now my wife cough got reduced after 4 days and she used to get fever spikes. The great doctor Kiran Mayee sent for endoscopy and colonoscopy in the great hospital and she underwent these two tests. Next day when I went to take report the guy who was sitting there patiently listen to my whole story and told me this is a big fraud hospital, all the reviews are written by some staff or agency don't believe in this hospital (as time was 2.00 AM my office is back of AMMA food parlour people who work there know) I feel very bad when see forginers there (mainly African brothers) in breaks we come for Gardena pan shop.
Then after all this mess means after 10 days we got discharged from hospital bill was 1.4 lakh (luckily have insurance) there was also a big fight for 5000 deduction grt Kiran Mayee gave medication for 10 days
Cough got reduced she told whenever you have fever spikes take Dolo same thing happened for week, wife was insisting let go other doctor but requested her let finish and see. It was on Sunday at 8.00 PM ( still remember) my wife told me she is feeling some what different and she may die.
ASAP took cab went to different hospital situated at (Nallagandla, Lingampalli) doctor came next day and told me because of ill-treatment of TB she got infected by KLEBSIELLA pneumonia (both TB and klebsiella is big life threatening only 5 percent people will survive)
Guys, you won't believe me, doctor didn't give hope for me atleast 3 days she was almost dead just surving on complete ventilator for 3 days not responding to any thing (just imagine my condition we have 2 kids, 6 yrs and 1 yrs)
She was there in that almost 15 days only on ventilator (came back with massive bill, insurance over paid amount from my pocket)
With help really really great doctor my wife survived. Here becoz of budget, some suggested me a GAMAN rehabilitation center (really proud to say name, they are like my family)
We were there for one month and doctor Mahathi treated very well.
At last, my wife got survived and she able to walk.
We have spent a huge amount because of Medicover hospital and curse this hospital and Kiranayee from bottom my heart daily stand near AMMA tiffin center and have team, while back to home cross Chanda Nagar Medicover Hospital.
I beg you guys please beware of this fraud hospital thought to put case in consumer court.
