I pity the creators of DosApp. They got the right idea, peaked at the right time, but wasted it by overzealous horrible implementation. The developers of this app think themselves to be too smart, evident by their refusal to change some of the utterly stupid calls they have made, despite a lot, really a lot of feedback - even by reaching out to their equally inept managers. Let me explain.
Most important thing for a patient is the bond with the Doctor. The doctors often remember the case when you consult them after a gap. For all non emergency cases you'd usually prefer to talk to the same doctor, even if the appointment is delayed by 1 or 2 days.
This is one thing that the app creators have miserably failed to understand. For them patient is just an object to be mapped to another pool of objects called doctors. They will reassign a new doctor every time causing utter nuisance.
After a lot of feedback they provided a "joke" called "assign me the same doctor". It's a joke, because after you check that option their "very smart" system overrides that and assigns you "the best doctor". This is utter disregard for the choice you made to talk with the same doctor even it means waiting for next available slot.
Further, the embarrassment of telling the new Dr that you did not want to talk with any other Dr is upon you. There is no fault of the calling Dr, you have to swallow all the anguish and talk politely with this wrongly assigned Dr.
Further, this consultation gets counted and cost of Rs 300 is shown against your name as "your saving".
Further, this new Dr makes a blank subscription and presumably claims a payment from DocsApp.
Further, your fair usage limit gets exhausted in fielding these unsolicited calls.
But that's not all. There are many more glitches with the app. For example, you won't ever be able to view back the documents(such as medical reports).
I think the idea behind DocsApp was right. But they have only succeeded in annoying the users and wasted a great opportunity.
If there are any startup enthusiasts reading this, please take cues from this, learn what NOT to do and create a better app than these idiots.

UPDATE: For 1 week I am struggling to consult the doctor who prescribed some tests. On every attempt it just reassigns a new doctor overriding the choice. I have called the customer care and asked to close the subscription and refund the rest of the money. Let's see how much fight it will take to get the refund.
UPDATE: They REFUSED refund. Please don't fall for their false promise that says you can cancel the service any time and get refund. They are a BIG FRAUD.
