Its only my opinion. Review on McDonald's, Andheri East, Mumbai

I can't help myself, I must put my two cents in on this restaurant. First off I will start with management, I manage a restaurant so I can honestly say that they have no clue about pleasing the customer. For example: My son ordered the Happy Meal which has the toy from the new movie Spy Kids. Mind you we don't go to this place for the food , it is definately for the toys in the kids meal. When he got his food the first thing he did was dig for the toy. Well it was not in there, he was so disappointed that I went around again to tell them that they forgot the toy(I didn't want to tell them that that was the only reason we came)the manager came to the window because the young girl didn't want to tell me that they were all out. He just said we are all out and shut the window in my face. Next off the food is always cold, the fries cold and hard from sitting in grease. The shakes have no taste and the meat if you can find it in the bun is half soy burger. As you can tell I have little good to say about this restaurant called Mcy Dees. To be fair I will say that the prices are low but I also must say that you get what you pay for. In my opinion I would rather pay a little more and not go home with enough gas to run my car for a week.
