I had ordered a few products from their website during a sale on 20 June 2021. This was my second order from their website. They shipped the order quickly and the products were to be delivered on 23 June 2021.
Then courier service consignment got stuck somewhere and when I did not receive the products even till 26 June 2021, I called them, and they asked me to wait. I kept waiting and also kept asking them to ship a fresh order, which they never did. Finally, when the products still could not be delivered, they cancelled the order after 19 days, on 9 July 2021, and refunded the money even when I asked them to ship a fresh order.
As I had purchased the products during a sale, prices had more than doubled, so I could not place a fresh order.
They do not reply to your emails, instead they just write to let you know, what has happened. Like your order has been delayed, cancelled and finally money has been refunded etc. This is completely unprofessional.
