McAfee is the worst antuvirus ever I have used.I must say buying mcafee antivirus is total waste of money.So everybody might have hardly used it.
Help functionality is not good.They don't care about the customers.But they claim that their customer service team is always 24×7 there to help customers.
The software is also not user friendly like the other antiviruses.It is bit complicated to understand the software.While using it one might feel that is it a antivirus software or other software, that much of low standard software it is.
Ease of installation: no, it is not very easy to install the software.It takes lot of time.On the other hand if you want to update the software it takes a lot of time to load.It needs very high speed internet to load, otherwise it fails.
Mcafee don't have any special functions or speciallity.It is full of waste.It don't even scan the system property. After using this antivirus system hangs a lot & crashes.Don't ever buy mcafee antivirus.
Service & support: They don't even provide good support & service.Their service is also not good.Because of their quality & service people don't use it.
