Believe me if you want to spend quality time with your family, don't ever think of being here.
Hiked up prices, and that too the Food Service is costly and absurdly low quality.
If you buy a Pop Corn Box, you will have to tend in 50/- rupees, but it is shamefully less than a 10/- rupee popcorn box u'd get from a normal outside vendor. The popcorn is of very poor quality, and it seems they are reusing the popcorn boxes(paper containers). I saw shoe-sole-marks on one of them, and when I asked he said its not shoe mark, but just moisture; because its stacked above the freezer. The Lays that was being sold was 50/- rupees, but the normal market price is only 20/- .
There is no Airconditioning in this mall. The play area and the main Hall which has a Giant screen is very dusty. It has not seen a service/housekeeping for more than several months.
The Gate keepers at the Parking were very mean and rude village folks. They are pathetically a failure in assisting the guests for parking. The theatre gate keepers were however much better and very cooperative.
Important : Never order the Burgers/French fries/Drinks from the Complex(near the screen 5, screen 6) entrance. Guests were seen shouting with this vendor, as they've ordered items here, and promised to be at their seats, but never served.
Till you enter the theatre halls, be ready to get soaked in sweat.
Avoid these looters.
