We have been regularly visiting MAX NOIDA for both out patient and inpatient medical needs of the family since 2002. In 2002 initially when we started visiting MAX we found it an excellent medical institution. Staff was efficient, courteous and professional. Though a wee bit costlier than other such hospitals the services provided value for money. Its a small hospital I think with about 30 odd beds capacity wise. But both the out patient and inpatient care was excellent and we did not hesitate in going out of our way in recommending this hospital to friends and relatives. However of late since the last year or two there has been a slow and steady deterioration in allmost all the functions in the hospital.
Just a few months back I had the opportunity to be in and out of the hospital for a month or so as my father was admitted there and found the that the deterioration was alarming. many of the doctors, nursing staff and the administrative staff were incompetent. Lot of mistakes being committed by the staff and overall administration was not upto the mark. The hospital is unable to handle the large number of patients, nursing care is very poor and unfortunately some of the doctors are not professionally competent. Its sad to see a very good medical facility coming to this state. I hope the Management will take note before its too late.
