They just charge in the name of handling and will always start to repair only when we agree for components even if doesn't need any replacement of components with other genuine service centres. They told me that alignment will cost 550 Rs which they don't do at all. I rejected for component and they charged 550 and returned my camera without even opening for verifing the fault. Please avoid them and all their different branches. They are professional and systematic cheaters with smart marketing guys to ensure that you are fooled to opt for extra components. Please avoid Mata Electronics and it's partner service centres across Bangalore cos all the 5 stars look fake. This is a big service centre scam -
Firstly to make it clear, My Camera Canon display My camera was having display issue, Since they told me that it will cost me around 5000 Rs for some component which they didn't name, I decided to loose 550 Rs and take back my camera. After that I took back without servicing, from Mata Electronics and gave it to another service center(not in Bangalore) and gave it to repair, They repaired and gave it back and in fact told that there was no component to be replaced instead wiped some water that go into. I got the camera repaired very cheaply by professionals.
I'm happy that I didn't fall into a bigger fraud by Mata Electronics
Mata Electronics are an Organized team trained to cheat the ignorant customers. Please AVOID them
