We had purchased a property in Marvel Isola. It was to be handed over in 2012. We have been chasing Marvel since then - 3 years. Our money is locked up, employee and sales force turnover is high, CEO is rude, arrogant and unresponsive.

They have started many constructions simultaneously and left all incomplete. There is no accountability or timeline for completion. No one cares. If you buy their apartment, forget about your money and your home. Also, the few finished apartments are sub standard and nowhere near the brochure promises. Please avoid and save yourself mental harassment and stress. If you doubt this, visit all their recent constructions and speak to the owners of apartments there. You will hear the same story.
