I bought my first car in India(Mar 2010) from Wonder cars Chinchwad after hearing a great deal from them.
Requirement:
I was looking for a car quickly since my marriage was around the cards and I needed to buy one in little time so that I could commute out of town frequently.

I chose the Maruti Ritz Vxi and asked for WHITE colour which Wonder cars guys said will be delivered only after 15 days.
I was surprised they couldn't offer me a PETROL model within a week or 3 days. Ritz was in lower demand at that point of time.
They then found that a WHITE Maruti Suzuki Ritz was available in their warehouse but the vehicle was a 2009 make. In Mar 2010, they offered me the same with Rs. 5000/- cash discount on it.
I denied to take the car suspecting that it could be a DEMO car which has been rehashed by them or there might be a defect on the car.
In spite of repeatedly refusing to buy the car, Wonder cars sales personnel offered me a discount of upto Rs. 30000/- to buy the White 2009 Ritz from them. I then made my resolution firm that this car wasn't worth buying.
Car Delivery delay:
The sales personnel finally stopped persisting on pushing the older model at me. I then looked at the available colors that they could deliver immediately and zeroed in on the Firebrick red color Ritz Vxi.
The sales person at Wonder cars asked me to pay all the amount upfront so that they could deliver the vehicle to me. Necessary documents were also requested.
I gave them the loan cheque(1.5 L) and about 3.14 L in cash within the next 3 days along with ALL required documentation.
Wonder cars after receiving the entire money still delayed delivery of the car by 3 - 4 days.
They couldn't give me an explanation regarding the delay in delivery in spite of repeated follow-ups.
Finally on 20th Mar, they called me that they will deliver the vehicle on the next day.
Accessories scare:
The accessories department guy scares every buyer saying that car owner needs to buy all accessories from Maruti showrooms. If Music system is fitted outside and the wires are cut, 3 year car warranty will be voided. They claimed to use couplers for installation which even external accessory showrooms use. I was looted in excess of about Rs.8000/- by the accessories dept.
Service without appointment - No priority or process followed:
After using the car for 22000 km today and having done 4 services for the car from Wonder cars Chinchwad, I have found that though their technical service of the car is good, they have NO PROCESS of giving priority to Service appointment customers. In the name of Business, anyone can walk in, push their own car into the service queue, override all prior appointments and inconvenience all car owners with appointments thereby making everybody waste their precious time. I got my 4th PAID service after making considerable noise, abt 3 hours later than my scheduled appointment time.
Body work fleecing:
My car had some dents from a minor graze with anothe vehicle. When I asked the amt required to fix the scratches and paint, the guy estimating the work amount first said 1500, then 2500 and then finally 4500 within a few mins which is phenomenal estimation appreciation. I had the dents done once from them and never never again. Don't go to the suzuki showrooms to get your dents fixed ever.
Conclusion:
I can only conclude that Wonder cars Business is overflowing and they DONT NEED the excess customers, so the timeliness and attention of their service obviously has dipped since they DONT NEED the excess Business that we are seeking from them. Please think twice before you BUY or SERVICE a car from them.
