Huge let down. Rear seat width(front to back width) reduced, no knee support. The best car for elderly comfort has been made the worst. This seems tactfully done to make people stretch their budget to Dzire or stay under-satisfied with Big New WagonR with worse seat than older version.
Have written to top folks at Maruti. Lets see their response. Will update.
See my other review for the older version. 7 years a fan, now no more.
