A car why at all one buys a car. Earlier the ownership of car was a status symbol. But it is hard to say so. For many car is useful business tool as in a day time with the help of car one can perform many responsibilities. The other hand car is family joy particularly at weekends.
Whatever the reason one buys a car, there are certain things which are most important.
Car should be comforting.
Car should have enough leg and luggage space ( modern cars ignore this... I do not know why.)
Apart from modern utilities in the car and the fuel efficiency, the important factor is the price.
There is a ample market for low priced but good cars like maruti 800. If price is low I am confident many people will purchase the car. Yesterday Maruti has slashed prices for Maruti 800. It is definitely good. The prices of cars like maruti should be around Rs. 100,000/-.
The car should become a part of one's life.
No one should feel it to be luxury.
As all requisits are there in Maruti 800, I hope it to become a common mans car.
