I have bought a Maple mixer for 2000/- with the shop keeper recommendation. The shop keeper convinced saying that Maple is one of a few mixers with 1000 W motor.

Personally I inclined due to its looks and sturdiness of Jars.

But right from 1st month I have started facing problems with it like the mixer used to give burning smell while operating. I have given for service 3 times in the first year and it would take 1-2 weeks to get the mixer back from service.

Imagine how difficult it would be without mixer in kitchen for 2 weeks. Even jars used to trouble me by jamming and tripping the motor. Once, the Jar coupling(the bottom part of jar which connects to mixer) was replaced.

Rubber grips for jar lids are also faulty in the sense.they got damaged in 4 months.

The serviceman/shopkeeper replaced it with a cheap part and it broke out in 2 days.

Again I have to carry mixer to shop for service.

Now small jar got completely damaged near the connecting part.

A mixer which costs 2000/- should not give any trouble for atleast 2-3 years.

So, I conclude that Maple Mixer is the worst product I have ever purchased.
