PURCHASING OF MY DREAM BIKE:


Since many years I plan to buy my dream bike because I love it a lot. Finally on 9/8/2019 I purchased my dear bike from MANZIL MOTORS IDC SECTOR 14 GURUGRAM. But, they fool me by providing bad product.


On 9/9/2019: I ask MANZIL MOTORS that my bike is having some problems but they said it’s a new bike and such noise is normal. So, ride it for few days and it will be auto solved and you bike will set with correct voice.


On 9/11/2019: I experience too much noise issue and I again visited MANZIL MOTORS and request to see the issue because I know that it’s not normal noise problem it’s seems like some mechanical issue in my bike. But, they said the same thing again that “it’s a new bike and such noise are normal. So, ride it for few days and it will be auto solved and you bike will set with correct voice.


On 9/13/2019: On internet I check and feels that its ABS related noise. So, I visited again MANZIL MOTORS and request to see the noise problem and asked them to check the ABS and engine issue. So, we will make sure that my bike will do not have such noise issue. They remove the ABS fuse and check again that time noise was reduced but when the plugged it again the noise again same. But they said noise will automatically set to the correct voice of the bike. So, no need to worry about this and with the same statement we back home.


RAKHI ENJOYMENT CONVERTED IN HORRABLE EXPERIENCE BY ROYAL ENFIELD


On 9/17/2019: After enjoying Rakhi festival with my family I start my journey towards Gurugram and after travelling few kms I stop for water break and when I try to start my bike to continue my journey then I fail to start it by any mode(Kick/ Self start). After lots of attempt I called Royal Enfield call center at 08:55AM they confirmed that they will reach to me in 2 hours but, they reach to me at 01:55PM and they take our bike to KARTIK MOTOR Palwal at 03:10PM. At KARTIK MOTOR they start working on it and perform below fixes and deliver my bike on 08:00PM.


Work done by KARTIK MOTORS:




  1. VALVE-EXHAUST




  2. VALVE-INLET




  3. COPPER EXHAUST GASKET




  4. GASKET-COVER RH




  5. ENGINE HEAD REPAIR FROM OUTSOURCE.(In 8 days new bike head was open without any information and confirmation from me, I am extremely sad and worried about the quality/services of Royal Enfield product.)






After receiving my bike from KARTIK MOTORS I did go to MANZIL MOTORS and ask them to check my bike why I faced several issue related to my new bike but they did not check it correctly and just say the same line again “it’s a new bike and such noise are normal. So, ride it for few days and it will be auto solved and you bike will set with correct voice”. But, this time I ask them to keep this bike and check it again but their intention is not to check it properly instead they try to convince me that everything is ok please take the bike. As I am not satisfied so, I leave the bike with MANZIL MOTORS only and come to my home back.


So, after all these, I am not satisfied about the product which I received from MANZIL MOTORS. Hence, I like to take legal action because I already requested MANZIL / KARTIK MOTORS and ROYAL ENFIELD many times, but, did not hear any satisfactory solution and on other side they try to force me to pick up my bike and close the issue.


I have already raised a complaint in Royal Enfield customer care(CCSHOC192012701) but they close it without any notification. So, here, I can say that the service experience is also pathetic with Royal Enfield.


AUGEST: Due to full stress forcefully, I submit a case in Gurugram consumer court.
